The Miami-based global management consultancy, Multiplica, announced that a new director of digital marketing is joining the team: Rafael Lima. Early this year, Multiplica consolidated operations across the Americas under the leadership of COO and managing partner Anne Marie Dono, doubling the size of her team in the region.Dono joined Multiplica in 2012, having previously been director of product marketing at Yahoo! Latin America. “I’m happy to welcome Rafael to my team,” said Dono. “His wealth of knowledge in media and marketing complements our team’s deep expertise in user experience and analytics. We look forward to his contributions to the overall expertise of our organization and clients”.Lima, with 16 years experience in this field, takes up the challenge of expanding the practices of digital marketing and growing the companys clientele. The executive takes over as regional digital director of Havas Media, in charge of digital planning and strategies for all the agencys regional clients.He was previously at Havas Media and before that worked at Orange Advertising Network, the digital division of France Telecom, Latin3 Interactive Agency and AOL Brasil.
