Fernando Juarez is the CEO and co-founder of The Tech Partners, which forms part of the Numatec group and is dedicated to providing agencies and brands with performance solutions for apps and websites. It is currently present in 16 Latin American countries, as well as in Spain and Italy. “Our specialty is representing the technologies they want to have available in their regions,” he said.. In that regard, he explained that they are based on three pillars. In the first place comes Growth, whose objective is for users to have their applications on their phones. “Based on cost per acquisition, the number of usersi is defined as is the connection for communicating with them. It’s not enough to just have the app. Some 70 percent of the applications are eliminated at month after their downloading,” he said. For that reason, as their second pillar they have Engagement, whose main ally is the North American.company One Signal. In that regard, Julien Burbach, strategic account executive, said that this company, a market leader in delivering messages, offers push notifications by email, movies and the web. “We help marketing teams create communicational retail campaigns, sending the right message at precisely the right time on the right channel. That is our mission,” he said. In the market share of push messages by e-mail they represent 60 percent, and on mobile phones, 64 percent. “The goal is that through what we know we can create very personalized strategies,” he noted. Finally, Knowledge is the third pillar of this company, so it works with Mx Panel, a leading data and analysis company that provides audience behavior patterns in real time. “We can know what’s ahead and when and from where we can send a message. In the end, that is the ecosystem for the user that has the app, who uses it and nourishes it with artificial intelligence (AI) so he can keep on using it,” Juarez concluded.
