Penelope K is a bright, bubbly, curious person who is enthusiastic about the world around her. She runs the ‘Information Station’, where children come to ask questions. The answer to the question is discovered as the show unfolds, with Penélope K enlisting the help of her friends ‘Squirm,’ ‘The Rubber Band,’ ‘Trewey,’ and ‘Hank and Frank’ to aid in her quest for the right answer. How do kids engage with their world? By asking questions! The concept is startlingly original whilst profoundly connected to how young kids engage with their world to grow and learn.
