CNN International to present multiplatform coverage of the London 2012 Olympics
CNN will be implementing multiplatform coverage of the 2012 Olympic games from the stadium in London beginning July 27 until August 12. The CNN team will be headed by Pedro Pinto, Amanda Davies, Don Riddell and Alex Thomas, who will interview the different athletes of the 26 sports and 34 categories to be realized this year. The digital content will include web transmissions of the games. The CNN program World Sport will be dedicated to the special coverage of the games daily from Monday through Friday and 1pm and 6:30pm. The show Airing for Gold will air the rarest and most interesting stories associated with the Olympic Games.
