Jorg Hiller
The Colombian writer Jörg Hiller, who recently wrote La Piloto 1 y 2 de W Studios for Univision, announced the creation of a docu-reality called Cazadores de Caletas together with La Diana and Tonal. It currently has a demo and they are commercializing it to seek players interested in taking it to the screen.
This project is about a group of hunters or seekers of Caletas (hidden illegal treasures), who travel around the country looking for money, weapons, gold bars, and indigenous elements.
“I found it very interesting to document how they—the hunters—, receive that information and set up an operation to be able to take out those illegal treasures. They must be very well-informed, since many times they are protected by mines, explosives, armed people, even with magic. They have the potential to turn into attractive docu-realities for Colombia and abroad,” comments Hiller.
