Mashable and Telemundo are launching a new technology segment on Telemundo’s morning show, Un Nuevo Día. The linear segment, called El Pulso vía Mashable, will be accompanied by the release of a new premium digital video franchise, Power Up, which is co-produced by Mashable and Telemundo.
Every Tuesday, beginning August 21, El Pulso vía Mashable will highlight must-see tech news and reviews for Un Nuevo Día, with an emphasis on fun and accessibility.
After airing on Telemundo, the conversation will immediately move from linear to digital with the extended digital series Power Up. Featuring more in-depth coverage of new tech products, this web exclusive will be distributed on Mashable.com, Telemundo.com/elpulso and social platforms across both Telemundo and Mashable.
The technology segment and digital series will be hosted by bilingual Mexican-American Alix Aspe, a digital producer and social media reporter who has covered a wide range of popular stories for Un Nuevo Día.
