CNN en Español has launched new shows that will expand the network’s multiplatform portfolio with more breaking news, current affairs and headlines from around the world, with special emphasis on Latin American regional content.
One of them is Primera mañana at 7am. In this radio on television format, journalist Nuria Am (live from Buenos Aires) presents the most relevant information from around the world.
From 1 to 3pm, journalist Nacho Girón goes live from CNN bureau in Argentina with CNN redacción con Nacho Girón. Live from Buenos Aires, this two-hour program presents current issues and trends, as well as breaking news related to Latin America and the rest of the world.
The afternoon’s programming continues with CNN redacción con Gabriela Frias, live broadcast from Mexico, from 3 to 5pm. She presents interviews and news from around the world focused on Mexico, the US, Central America and the Caribbean. Within this show, viewers can enjoy the integration of the segment Portafolio global.
As part of the changes in the network’s programming, Directo USA, presented by Juan Carlos López from Washington, airs at 5pm, while Panorama mundial, the newscast presented by María Alejandra Requena, shifts to prime time from 8 to 9pm.
Additionally, CNN en Español is expanding its offering on the digital platforms with two new full-length programs: Encuentro with Guillermo Arduino, from Monday to Friday; and CNN Dinero, hosted by Xavier Serbiá, from Monday through Friday at 7pm.
