De Brutas, Nada, an adaptation based on the book by Isabella Santodomingo, Los Hombres las Prefieren Brutas; is a sample of Sony´s strategy to make the most of the intellectual property they have the copyright of.
“De Brutas, Nada, which for us is a marvelous product, means once again work on the company strategy that centers in making the most of the intellectual property, Sony´s valuable IP, that IP we had, based on a book of Los Caballeros las Prefieren Brutas. Although it was a very strong premise, it covers the topic of interpersonal relations, love, family, friend relations, humor, the quest for love that is a universal topic. That is why we felt that it was worth it to bring this project to today´s storytelling,” explains Ana Bond, SVP and general director of International Production for Latin America and US Hispanic at Sony Pictures Television (SPT).
Bond also mentioned other projects that are in different production phases, such as Rosario Tijeras 3, Manual Para Galanes and La Reina del Flow 2.
