ViendoMovies celebrates with its subscribers the culture, contributions, and achievements that the Latino community has brought to the United States. The Latino community has contributed to the country’s culture with its food, music, customs, and other elements already embraced by the country.
From September 15 to October 15, ViendoMovies will present special and exclusive programming of high-profile Hispanic films, dedicated to the entire public and especially to the audience of Hispanic origin living in the United States and Puerto Rico.
The Hispanic Heritage Month has celebrated thanks to President Lyndon B. Johnson, who in 1968 recognized the importance of honoring the contributions of the Hispanic community for the growth and development of the United States, and dictated the week of September 15 to recognize these contributions. ViendoMovies, within its strategy of celebrating Hispanic festivities, joins this celebration.
Throughout the days of celebration, the channel premieres a valuable selection of representative films from Spanish-speaking countries. Among the exclusive premieres are Veneno (Dominican Republic), Sin Rodeos (Spain), Marilyn (Argentina), Reinos (Chile), El Techo (Cuba), La Hermandad (Spain) y Acusada (Argentina).
