“We are a hits production machine,” said JC Acosta, President of ViacomCBS International Studios and Networks Americas, during the opening of the virtual event Streaming Showcase ViacomCBS, where the original productions that will be released at Q3 of 2021 were presented to Paramount+ in the region.
The event gathered the main executives of the company in Latin America: Federico Cuervo, SVP, general director of VIS Americas; Darío Turovelzky, SVP and general director of the Southern Cone and Global Content at ViacomCBS Networks Americas; Tiago Worcman, SVP and Head of Music and Entertainment Brands; Tatiana Rodríguez, SVP, Brand Head Kids and Family, Nickelodeon Group; and Eduardo Lebrija, EVP and Chief Commercial Officer of ViacomCBS Networks Americas.
Shari Redstone, Chairman of ViacomCBS; Bob Bakish, president and CEO of ViacomCBS; and Tom Ryan, president, and CEO, Streaming of ViacomCBS / co-founder and CEO of Pluto TV, participated in the event.

Among the productions that Acosta mentioned there are several created by Taylor Sheridan (Yellowstone) such as Y 1883, Mayor of Kingstown and Landman; the First Lady series, produced by Showtime; Guilty Party of CBS Studios; Yellowjackets, and the scripted series The Offer, which tells the story of how The godfather was brought to the screen.
