ZAS Talents, a 360 talent management agency, closed an alliance with Spanglish Movies.
“Our talents are diverse. We represent people with a very digital DNA and are relevant in the social media world. But we also get involved in artistic projects, shows, presentations, music, and books. The type of project depends on each individual,” explained Sol Arnedo, CEO and general director of ZAS Talents.
She shared that when they spoke with Gustavo Aparicio, managing director of Spanglish Movies, they saw two types of opportunities for the alliance; one was the possibility of casting some of their talents in films and productions where Spanglish Movies has influence, and two, in the FAST space.
Regarding FAST, Arnedo explained they want to begin showing creators content with more structured and longer formats so they can reach new audiences outside their social media. “With Gustavo (Aparicio), we are looking for that: reaching an audience that does not know them, offer their content and be entertained by it and discover it because the creators have more to do with documentaries, travel, nature, very challenging content for production, magic, and illusionism. We believe this is a type of content suitable for a general audience, not just Generation Z (14-24 years old).”
“We are proud to work with Sol, providing ZAS’ talents a tool to monetize their content in a high-quality CTV ecosystem, reaching new viewers and adding revenues to their current streams at premium CPMs,” said Aparicio.
Arnedo added that the alliance with Spanglish Movies allows them to discover new talents on other platforms. “This opens opportunities for someone who wants to shine, who is talented and creative, and who has ideas to learn how to show all of that in different types of productions. The idea is that they get to know us and discover us. It is a 360 approach because the same person consumes social media, digital content, TV, cinema, and live shows.”
