Cisneros Media announced the beginning of the pro for the new talk show Sarcástico (two seasons of 13×60′), presented by Daniel Sarcos, produced in Miami in collaboration with Alton River Media.
Sarcástico will premiere on various Cisneros Media platforms: in Venezuela through Venevision and Venevision Play, and globally through VePlus, a subscription channel.
Known for his ability to combine intelligence and humor, Sarcos addresses everyday and complex situations with a smile and clever jokes that always have a critical undertone. His talent for explaining complicated topics in a fun, although sometimes irreverent, manner offers surprising and often hilarious perspectives on a wide range of subjects.
“I am signing this contract with the same excitement as when I signed my first one 29 years ago with Venevision, which allows me to return to Venezuelan TV and reach a global audience, fulfilling the promise I made last November that I would return to TV,” said Sarcos.
Throughout the show, topics are developed with the participation of guests and experts who provide their perspectives. From debates about healthy living versus happiness to discussions about virtual infidelity, Sarcástico tackles every day and controversial issues with a touch of wit and sarcasm.
