Organizers of the 6th Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity announced that the official pre-festival application is available for iPhones and Androids.By downloading the app, users have the complete festival program in the palm of their hands, plus such options as access to social networks, news, photos and videos. Information will be available on the last 60 years of Grand Prix winners, plus a massively multiplayer online game that consists of collecting the greatest number of Pings, and only the top 10 players will qualify to compete for the big prize. Every day at 5:00 p.m. the person with the days highest score will receive a prize, courtesy of Microsoft. The player who gets the most Pings throughout the festival will be announced Saturday, June 22, and will receive a VIP pass to attend the 2014 Cannes Lions Festival.A new app is expected to be announced in the next few days for the iPad, and new functions such as the Cannes Lions Virtual GoodyBag for saving the best moments of the festival, a prize-tracker to keep up to date with the winners, integration in the Cannes connection to locate delegates and get in touch with them and yes, lots, lots more.
