Sincronía (12×60’), the series produced, written and directed by Gustavo Loza and his production company Adicta Films, reached the Blim platform on March 1st, with an unconventional narrative regarding contents. It tells three stories that can be seen in no specific chronological order, assured Eduardo Clemesha, Formats and New Contents VP at Televisa.
The executive mentioned that the narrative and the presence of Gustavo Loza (also producer of 40 y 20), were determining factors to choose this production over other proposals.
“Televisa is always seeking to tell new stories, and we hadn´t seen anything like this. All the projects we want must have a differentiator. We allowed ourselves the freedom to play with something new and raise the bar in how we tell the story, but what caught our attention as a company was to have a product with four different perspectives of one same event,” stated Clemesha.
Bruce Boren, VP at Televisa Networks, mentioned that this launch coincides with the platform´s first anniversary. Blim is now available on 17 different devices and in a large number of Latin American countries, and he added that the intention with the new contents is to include them in all Televisa windows (SVOD, pay TV and open TV).
Sincronía tells three different stories: El Mirrey Desaparecido, La Escort Suicida and El Cura Pederasta, which allows to see the different points of view of the people involved in one same event, and the strength to change the destiny of all those involved in it.
