Almost a year after their entry to Cablevisión in Argentina, the response of the local market to ¡HOLA! TV has been positive. This is what Marcos Pérez, general manager of the channel says.
“The Argentinean market is of great strategic value for ¡HOLA! TV, since it is one of the countries with the largest distribution and a very developed advertising market. We currently have a presence on DIRECTV, Cablevision and some other cable operators, but we still have a lot to reach,” he mentioned.
Currently, the signal reaches more than 20 million homes in Latin America and they still see large growth potential in big markets, regarding subscribers and advertising sales.
Pérez announced that in terms of programming, they continue to bet on their own production with the debut of the special El Closet de Letizia, dedicated to displaying queen Letizia’s styles. In October, they will air the special El Closet de Kate.
“Both specials form part of the new franchise that during 2018 will add personalities from royalty as well as fashion icons. We also continue being leaders in current events, with the latest news on royalty, fashion, and celebrities, through news and programs like La Hora ¡HOLA!” he explained.
As for social networks, they are working with daily content to maintain a connection with the audience through digital web pages.
“We have seen the result of maximizing social networks and digital marketing strategies, so we are planning to continue increasing actions on our different platforms” he added.
