In its new super drama proposal, Televisa launched Monday 12 at 9:30pm on Las Estrellas, Por Amar Sin Ley (84×60’), a Mexican version of RCN´s La Ley Del Corazón, produced by José Alberto “Güero” Castro, which has a huge economic investment in technology, talent, and sets.
“We made a free adaptation of La Ley Del Corazón, mainly because there are already many changes in the legal part and handling of cases. The concept they created is very interesting and we want to strengthen it. In the 84 episodes we will have approximately 40 different cases, with more than 150 guest actors, dramatizing the problems so that people can understand each one in depth,” explained the producer.
He mentioned that to accomplish this project, they used the most advanced technology in 4K format, supported in aerial works, with broader locations and decorated sets, “which led us to make a very strong investment.”
For the “Güero”, this new phase of super dramas responds to the platforms’ needs, “that demand great material diversity”. We have to create different speeches and storytelling mechanisms. The audience is much more demanding and we must compete in different platforms, with firm steps and one of the first proposals is Por Amar Sin Ley, hoping it is correct”.
Por Amar Sin Ley stars Ana Brenda Contreras, Julián Gil, and David Zepeda. The script was developed by Fernando Garcilita and Vanesa Varela.
