Chaban: This year has been a dream come true
The actor, host, writer and motivator Alejandro Chaban was chosen for the front page of the Spanish version of the July Men’s Health magazine. “This year has been a dream come true. At 15 years old, when I weighed 314 pounds, I battled bulimia and then anorexia, and I vowed to change my life. Now to be on the cover of Men’s Health is an important goal made reality, and a real motivation to inspire others” Chaban explained. “I’d like to thank from the bottom of my heart Men’s Health, my awesome audience, my family and my team. I dedicate it to anyone who needs that impulse to overcome the fear and take action”. Along with his appearance on Men’s Health comes the launch of his reality show on the new YouTube channel NuevOn entitles Yes, You Can With Chaban. Chaban, as executive producer and motivator, will use his experiences with problems of obesity to inspire young people to lose weight and change their lifestyles.
