The presentations of the day included the conversation of Pablo Iacoviello, Head of Contents Acquisitions at Amazon Prime Video Latin America, with Carlos Loret from Televisa’s Mola, on the relation of the two companies in production projects.
Iacoviello explained they have learned that the way to reach a market is to look for local content and work with the strongest talent. “Clearly, for me the place was Televisa and when we came, we found that Televisa was open to sharing, innovating and being flexible to seek the appropriate models.”
The work began with Diablo Guardián, and after that came Extraño Enemigo, and assured they have several other projects. “What we found in Televisa is a great complement”.
Likewise, he mentioned it was a perfect piece to flow on the screen as well as in terms of production and business.
He said they approached Televisa, “because Televisa´s reach says it all and I think Televisa also sees us as someone who can add and accompany you in the process. Sincerely, I think Televisa is the largest place where one can advertise.”
