Campanario: We want to develop from the US the version in Spanish of Laugh Factory

The platform PantaYA launched on Tuesday, April 17 the live comedy series Laugh Factory in Spanish, conducted by Werevertomorrow and produced by Campanario, who revealed the interest in producing this version in different locations in the US, in the aim to involve Latin American talent.

The first version was shot in Mexico, with comedians, mostly Mexicans, which is “a great opportunity for them to enter the US market, expanding their horizons and their audience. We deliver good quality content, with six episodes and 24 comedians” commented Guillermo Santiso, Executive VP at Campanario Entertainment.

He explained that this program is the start to launch the same concept in the US, “not only from a studio or from Mexico, but from different places in that country, taking Mexican and Latino talent”.

Meanwhile, the conductor of Werevertomorrow stated that the approach was more than a year ago and that it is the first production for the platform it is participating in.
