CincoMAS, a Mediaset channel, recently launched Ella Es Tu Padre, few days after its debut in Spain. Yolanda Giordani, responsible for the channel, commented that part of the programming strategy is to have important debuts with few weeks of difference with their launch in Spain.
The series has become the leading fiction offer in its country of origin.
The channel is currently on the grid of operators such as Sky and Claro and they are in conversations with operators in the South Cone, with whom they recently met in the context of Jornadas.
Regarding the channel, launched a bit over a year ago, Giordani commented that the idea was to gather in a single signal the best of Mediaset´s seven channels, including Telecinco, that has been the most watched in Spain in the last 17 years.
“CincoMAS has series for series lovers; an entertainment block, interviews with celebrities, and current events; and three newscasts aired live,” she highlighted.
The channel is also present on social networks and their main followers are from Argentina and Mexico, who participate and interact a lot and that allows them to know what the audience likes and doesn´t like.
Regarding VOD, she commented that they have a lot of content since 100% of what they air is their own programming and is available for the operators who want to include it in their VOD services.
