Comcast announced two new Xfinity Voice features

Comcast announced two new, free Xfinity Voice features that will make it even easier for customers to communicate to Latin America and the Caribbean either at home or on the go. Now included with Xfinity Voice Unlimited, customers can enjoy free text messaging from the Xfinity Mobile app for Apple, Android powered smartphones and tablets, as well as the ability to receive transcribed voicemail messages that can be read instantly. Both features also can be accessed online via the Xfinity Connect web portal at {www.xfinity.com}. “Our customers are communicating in a variety of ways. We’re bringing millions of Xfinity Voice customers free access to innovative features that have typically been associated either with their wireless plans or with business use. These new features make it easier for our Hispanic customers to connect with friends and family on various mobile devices including smartphones, tablets and laptops,” said Cathy Avgiris, EVP and general manager, Data and Communications Services at Comcast.
