Dale con Ganas premieres Wednesday January 11 on Univision

Dale con Ganas (Give It Your All), hosted by Alfonso ‘Poncho’ de Anda, co-host of Univision’s top rated morning program Despierta América (Wake-Up America), airs weekly beginning January 11 at 10pm.Over the course of three months, top Hispanic trainers María Simón, Marcelo Crudele, Óscar Luna and Luis Alberto Aracena, will work with four Hispanic families who will compete, face defeat, succeed and transform their bodies and their lives publicly. The journey is gruesome as they not only have to take their bodies to the limit, but are also challenged emotionally to discover their true selves and make positive changes in their daily lives.The contestants will face weekly weigh-ins, while home viewers interact by emailing their predictions all week long. During the 12th and final episode, the winning finalist will receive a grand prize package of $100,000 and a well-deserved self-esteem boost for the entire family. The series is coproduced by Dave Broome’s 25/7 Productions, the creator of The Biggest Loser, and Estefan Film and Television Productions in collaboration with Univision Studios.
