Paola Barzelatto, VP of International Operations and manager of DINT’s Miami offices, commented that, after four years based in the US, they have won new clients in Miami, Los Angeles, and New York. “I am constantly traveling, in contact with clients, visiting them and understanding their needs,” she told Ríchard Izarra during MIPCOM 2022.
She explained that although the pandemic was a tough experience, they adapted to remote work. “There was a gigantic boom, as people began to watch more television during the pandemic, which led to a greater need for dubbing. Right now, with the number of platforms and OTTs, there is a localization boom, which has been very good because we have a variety of dubbing productions, from cartoons, reality shows, Turkish and Portuguese telenovelas, and television series. We are doing very nice and good projects.”
At MIPCOM, they have had several appointments and they are very happy to be back to see clients and friends after three years of hiatus.
DINT has 45 years in the industry. Barzelatto said they are very proud of her parent’s legacy, and how she and her brother Christian have managed it. “This is a business where trust and quality come first. Customers trust us and thanks to that we have continued all these years, due to our quality and our good service,” she said.
