Dopamine, the Mexican production studio of Grupo Salinas, appointed Marta Núñez Puerto as director of its new Film unit, a key position for a company with an international vision and commitment to innovation in content and business models.

Marta Núñez Puerto was the producer of El Baile de los 41, by David Pablos; Chicuarotes, by Gael García Bernal, premiered at the Cannes Film Festival, and the documentary feature films Dioses de México, Iluminados and Soneros Son. She was executive producer of the series Señorita 89 and the movie Estanislao. Her previous titles include ¿Quién es Dayani Cristal? and Netflix original documentaries A 3 Minute Hug, by Everardo González; A Tale of Two Kitchens, by Trisha Ziff; Lorena, la de Pies Ligeros, by Juan Carlos Rulfo; Birders, by Otilia Portillo Padua, and After the Raid, by Rodrigo Reyes.
For eight years she worked at the Mexican production company Canana. She was the executive producer of Las Elegidas, which premiered in Un Certain Regard, a section of the Cannes Film Festival’s official selection. She produced, together with Gael García Bernal, the film El Aula Vacía, as well as the television program and the short film Los Invisibles.
