Gustavo López, an executive with extensive background in the pay TV sector, and Juan Delgado, a veteran of the open TV industry, announced their partnership to expand a legal advisory firm specializing in the world of entertainment. Under their leadership, Delgado Media Works, the company owned by Delgado, will now be known as D&L MediaWorks.
Based in Miami, D&L MediaWorks will offer legal services and business consulting in a broad range of areas related to the entertainment industry, including television and film production, multi-platform content licensing and distribution, digital and social media, scripted and non-scripted programming development, live event and sports programming, talent representation, and advertising and product integration.
The company will also offer clients legal consulting on issues associated with regulatory compliance in the media and entertainment industry, as well as fiscal production incentives in the US and international markets.
