Imagina US: Reality Protagonistas returns to Colombia with a historic season

The original format of Imagina US, Protagonistas, returns with a seventh season to Colombia, on the channel RCN, 15 years after its first broadcast in that country.

The reality show has become one of the most successful entertainment programs in Colombia. Six versions have been made and produced in US Hispanic, Venezuela, Mexico and Brazil.

The seventh version will bring changes, with new participants, and there will be no revenge with former lead characters from previous years. The new elements include audience participation, presenters, the call, among others to make the program more appealing and interesting.

“It is an honor to be a direct witness of a format that celebrates 15 years on the air. It is a historic season for several reasons and I am very proud of the level of talent and entertainment you will see each week,” expressed Martín Halac, Senior Content VP at Imagina US.

In the new season, eight men and eight women will live together in a studio-home where each week they must train in different disciplines to be able to pass the jury tests.

Previously, famous names in entertainment have been on the reality, such as Sara Corrales, Daniel Arenas, Ximena Duque, Tiberio Cruz, William Levy, Erick Elías, and Elizabeth Gutiérrez, among others.
