Latin Entertainment Group, LLC. (LEG), closed at Andina Link an agreement with Entel from Bolivia, which allows them to reach more than 80 thousand homes. The deal was announced to PRODU by Sara Rojas, director of Business Development during the event
“This agreement allows us to cover 70% of the market in Bolivia and encourages us to continue working hand in hand with operators, looking at its needs and seeking the best benefit,” said Rojas.
In addition to this agreement, LEG has entered Millicom in Paraguay, and they also are negotiating in Chile. Likewise, in Colombia, they are in conversations with DIRECTV, Claro, and Telefónica.
“We look for quality vs. quantity, we are the perfect ally, delivering titles with renowned actors and dubbed into Spanish. We are a complement to the offer of digital platforms,” she said.
Rojas also highlighted that in countries like Argentina and Colombia, where the dollar exchange is high, they are negotiating with local currency. With this strategy business could flow more smoothly, avoiding the need to make the channels more expensive.
“Another strategy that we are implementing is offering our service for free during a trial period, so operators can see the benefits and then hire us. This initiative has allowed us to close 100% of the agreements with whom we have provided the channels,” Rojas concluded.
