Laura Carmine on being part of ¿Quién eres tú?: It’s been truly incredible

Laura Carmine, star of the new product originating from the alliance between Televisa, RTI, RCN and Univision, ¿Quién eres tú? spoke with PRODU about the re-launch of TeleFutura as UniMás in New York. The actress attended the presentation event for the network in New York along with Univision executives including CEO Randy Falco, president Cesar Conde and the executive VP Steve Mandala. Carmine spoke about the programming that UniMás will offer, including all of its sports content, and new kinds of telenovelas that she mentioned people are not yet used to. In respect to her role on ¿Quién eres tú?, the actress said “It’s been truly incredible, and a great learning experience for me. I plan on continuing to grow”. Carmine plays twin sisters Natalia and Veronica in the telenovela. She identifies with the protagonist, Natalia, whom she says is a very real character. She’s not the typical protagonist that the audience won’t take seriously. On the other hand, her other character, antagonist Veronica, is a character she doesn’t identify at all with, being manipulative and cruel.
