Mexicánicos, produced by Nippur Media and originally by Warner Bros. Discovery, celebrates a decade. Led by Martín Vaca and his team of mechanics, the series has set a record in the Hispanic entertainment industry with 10 continuous years on the air and 112 original episodes, featuring work on 200 cars.
The original Discovery show continues to grow, reaching new and larger audiences through MAX. Mexicánicos 10 Years debuted last Tuesday on MAX and Discovery with special guests, new challenges, and a recap of the most iconic moments from the past decade.
Over the past 10 years, the series has reached diverse audiences worldwide in countries like the USA, Germany, Spain, Italy, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, and many others.
When it launched in 2014, Martín Vaca and his team of mechanics amazed viewers not only with unique car restorations and conversions but also with emotional stories from special guests who visit the workshop to fulfill their dreams: Lupillo Rivera, Alicia Villarreal, El Místico, Paty Cantú, El Piojo Herrera, Omar Chaparro, Río Roma, Robe Grill, Miguel Layún, Kika Edgar, and Ernesto Laguardia, among others.
“At Warner Bros. Discovery, we constantly seek real-life programs that connect with our passions, such as motors, adventure, cooking, and home. Mexicánicos has been a pillar of our programming, and we are very proud to celebrate its success of 10 consecutive years on the air. Its expansion to new audiences through television and streaming is a testament to its lasting impact,” said Fernando Sugueno, VP of Content for Mexico at Warner Bros. Discovery.
Mexicánicos 10 Years will feature appearances by chef Poncho Cadena and singer Lenin Ramírez.
