MundoFox premieres new original action series Comando Élite produced by RCN Televisión

MundoFox announced the premiere of Comando Élite, a new original action-drama based on the true story of a team of secret agents that captured and brought to justice some of Colombia’s most powerful and feared criminals. Comando Élite will premiere in the United States on Monday, June 24 and will air on MundoFox Monday through Friday at 9pm. Based on the acclaimed book Objetivo 4 by journalist German Castro Caycedo, Comando Élite is the story of the relentless secret police force whose actions marked a turning point in Colombia’s history for successfully locating and bringing into custody some of the country’s most notorious criminals such as “Mono Jojoy,” “El Paisa,” “Don Mario,” and “Martin Sombra.” Produced by RCN Television, the new original series allows viewers to immerse themselves into the lives of these agents as they infiltrate some of the most powerful criminal organizations of recent times and live a double life marked by espionage, love, loneliness and bravery.“Comando Élite tells an inspiring and thrilling story of good versus evil centered around agents willing to sacrifice everything in the pursuit of justice,” said Adriana Ibáñez, executive vice president of Programming for MundoFox. “As with El Capo 2 and Los Tres Caínes, viewers will enjoy a high-quality production, full of intense drama and action, including a unique look into these characters’ personal lives, torn apart by their commitment to their mission.”
