MundoFox premieres original series of El Mariachi produced by Teleset Colombia and SPT

MundoFox announced the premiere of El Mariachi, the original television series produced by Teleset Colombia and Sony Pictures Television. Premiering July 22nd, the series will air exclusively on MundoFox Monday through Friday at 9pm.El Mariachi, revolves around Martín Aguirre, a young musician who is inadvertently thrown into a bloody war between two rival cartels. To save his own life, he is forced to impersonate an assassin in order to infiltrate the ranks of one of the cartels. In the midst of this chaos, he meets the love of his life, Celeste Sandoval, the beautiful young niece of one of the cartel’s leaders.Iván Arana stars as Martín alongside Martha Higareda (Cásese Quien Pueda, Niñas Mal, Fuera del Cielo) as Celeste in a romance that transcends the ruthless world of drug trafficking. El Mariachi is set and filmed on location in Mexico. It´s distributed by SPT.
