“At LX, we are innovating on the local news experience for adults 18 to 45 by delivering them powerful and visually-rich storytelling that takes their interests into consideration. LX’s approach to news is personal,” said Meredith McGinn, SVP of LX.
“Our LX team is going beyond the headlines to give audiences depth, context and the information they want about news and events happening in our communities. With the launch of our live news programs, we look forward to engaging with our viewers even more and making them part of our conversation,” added, Matt Goldberg, Vice President of Content Strategy, LX.
LX News will be presented by four new hosts from LX’s new state-of-the-art workspace and studio: Jobeth Devera, Ashley Holt, Tabitha Lipkin, and Nik Zecevic. Each news show showcases content from LX storytellers, who are embedded in their local communities and charged with creating and delivering compelling visual news stories about the places they live in and work. Dallas-based storyteller Clark Fouraker will be a regular contributor in studio with four new hosts who joined the network in February 2020.
