Castalia Communications, an international media development company, announced Nicolás Coates as its new SVP of Distribution and New Business, reporting directly to Luis Torres-Bohl, president of Castalia Communications.
Coates will be based in Denver and responsible for the New Business Strategy, Expansion, and Distribution of Castalia’s portfolio of brands in order to ensure growth and development for the company in these areas.

Coates’ career includes the direction of Sling TV Latino, owned by Dish Network, and extensive experience in content acquisition and in the design of marketing strategies with a focus on multicultural entertainment for more than 12 years, specifically the development and implementation of strategies in the market of Latin America and the US.
