César Díaz, CEO of 7A Media, represents the Parade Media Group catalog since Natpe 2020, for Latin America, Spain, and Portugal.

“I love the catalog, which is non-fiction because it complements very well the offer of what I already handled in fiction. It represents a wide variety of factual programming, documentaries, travel shows, cooking, biographies, lifestyle, home improvement, crime, history, wildlife, of niche,” he expressed.

He highlighted that Daniel Rodríguez de Itoydani, who previously was responsible for the Parade catalog, did a great job introducing the product in the region.

Among the contents of Parade Media that Díaz highlighted is a series of programs about the British royalty that have great appeal in the region. “Brazil has been very keen about the programming I have, especially for cable. The strength of this genre has its greatest brilliance on pay TV. Another very solid client for the catalog has been Portugal because it fits a lot with its thematic channels”, he indicates.

He also announced that he has closed several sales in Argentina and Mexico.

Another title with great relevance for the region, that Díaz mentioned, is the documentary 9/11 Minute by Minute, which this year marks the 20th anniversary of the tragedy of September 11, 2001.

“Very specific programming is coming out to remember that moment in the world,” he said.
