Republica Havas, a leading creative, media, and communications agency, announced key promotions within its executive leadership team, reflecting the company’s continued expansion. Since joining forces with Havas in 2018, Republica Havas has had exponential growth across its Creative, Health & Wellness, Media, and Experiences divisions.
To drive enhanced efficiency, collaboration and growth across the organization, Anthony Bianco has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer. Bianco joined Republica in April 2016 as Executive Vice President and General Manager, bringing with him a wealth of experience leading New York agencies such as Kirshenbaum Bond Senecal and Partners and Berlin Cameron. Throughout his career, Bianco has successfully managed a prestigious client portfolio, including Walmart, Tommy Hilfiger, Citi, Dom Pérignon, Toyota, Coca-Cola, LVMH, Santa Margherita Wines, and Comcast, among others.

In addition, Marcela Maurer has been promoted to the role of Chief Brands Officer, leading the client services, brand partnerships, social impact, and public relations teams. She previously served as Managing Director overseeing a portfolio of clients, including PepsiCo/Frito-Lay and Baptist Health. With a rich background spanning both agency and client-side roles, Maurer’s expertise positions her ideally to lead strategic initiatives for brand partners. Earlier in her career, she held positions at Grey Group, The Community, Meredith Corporation, Ogilvy & Mather and StarMedia Network, working with global and domestic brands like Sony, Best Buy, Miller Genuine Draft, and Norton AntiVirus, among many others.
