After speaking at the Master Class on Content Creation with artificial intelligence organized by Red Crock, a company specializing in this topic, Michel Evans, Business Development Manager, Samsung TV Plus Mexico, highlighted that there is an opportunity for bringing the knowledge of content creation to artificial intelligence (AI), so this tool is moving towards building stories.
“At Samsung, we have our TV plus service, with FAST channels for everyone with a device of our brand, and demanding more and more valuable content to feed that monster and today AI gives us this opportunity to bring the knowledge of content creation to the tool because when you understand your users, based on data and knowledge, you can start generating formulas that will help you create products for the big screen, small screen or any other. We are at a time when it is necessary to open AI to the mainstream,” he commented.
He added that this tool has been used by many in companies like Samsung; “but now it is moving towards the construction of stories and companies are approaching wanting to build a set or rent a forum to develop series with artificial intelligence, because the script can be ready in one or two weeks and reviewed, and if the AI is trained well, the result can be extraordinary, dramatically lowering costs, and what you used to do in two months can now be done in a week.”
In his opinion, there will be a greater investment in all AI tools, where large companies will develop less complicated solutions, with a better user experience. “So that the user will have an easier interface. There will be more powerful tools that are easier to configure, which will give better results.”
To conclude, he said that artificial intelligence is here to stay. “But we need to know how to use it and after this is accomplished Mexico can become a content-generating power and we, as decision-makers of large companies, have a responsibility and an obligation to give people options so that they later return with content that is easy to produce and be displayed quickly but with quality.”
