Sierralta Entertainment is developing several documentaries. The first is El Juli (1×90’ and 2×45’) which depicts the life of the famous Spanish eponymous bullfighter and the story of bullfighting.
“The world of bullfighting has been demonized, but in the documentary, we show all the history behind this activity,” explains Miguel Sierralta, president of Sierralta Entertainment and CEO of Latin Angels TV.
The director of the docufilm is Ricardo Hoyos, the producer Ana Saura (daughter of Carlos Saura), the executive producer is Sierralta and his company Sierralta Entertainment; the editor and director of postproduction, Luis Cepeda, and the original music is by Alfonso G. Aguilar, who is nominated to an Academy Award for the soundtrack of Klaus.
Other projects are Be a Gypsy, on gypsy culture, with the singer Pitingo and La Modelo de la Revolución, about the Cuban and model, Ivelín Giró. They are also working on a documentary with an important celebrity of Latin music.
