Sony Pictures Television (SPT) and TV Azteca started the production of the series Tres Milagros (50 episodes).
This action drama narrates the story of three women who were born the day of the earthquake in Mexico in 1985, whose fates are linked by a prophecy and a single love. The day the three Milagros meet, one of them and the man they have fallen in love with will die.
“This story has been a perfect excuse to show three universes through their protagonists” explained Angélica Guerra, SVP managing director, International Production, Latin America & U.S. Hispanic at SPT who added that this is a series full of action and current conflicts, with a brilliant script and a vibrant staging.
Joshua Mintz, president of Dramatic Productions and Telenovelas in Strategic Development at TV Azteca said that for them it is very important to continue with their strategy of generating high-quality products, both in content and in production, “that creates a truly differentiated offer for our audiences”.
The teleseries was written in its original version by Carlos Duplat and Luz Mariela Santofimio, adapted by César Gandara, produced by Harold Sánchez and directed by Carlos Bolado and Camilo Vega.
