Telemundo 47 has launched a new Spanish language investigative unit: Telemundo 47 Investiga, which will deliver in-depth reports that will shine a light on questionable practices.
The station will add resources to further serve the Tri-State’s Spanish-speaking communities and neighborhoods.
Led by WNJU’s new investigative reporter Pablo Gutierrez, Telemundo 47 Investiga will complement the station’s wildly successful consumer investigative unit, Telemundo 47 Responde by delivering in-depth reports with a commitment to taking the story to wherever it may lead.
Viewers will be able to watch the station’s investigative reports on Noticiero 47 Telemundo, airing weeknights at 5pm, 5:30pm and 6pm.
“We are adding additional resources and taking Telemundo 47’s commitment to investigative journalism to a whole new level. Our new investigative unit will uncover and report on the questionable practices that may threaten to impact the communities we serve,” said Karen Mendez, VP of News for Telemundo 47.
