Las Aparicio premiered on {Telemundo.com} and MSN Latinoamérica on Tuesday, September 17th.Esperanza Garay, Senior VP of Sales and Acquisitions for Latin America at Telemundo Internacional, said to PRODU that, “in light of the fact that the Telemundo grid is already defined and that we believe in our product Las Aparicio, we studied the alternatives and decided to launch on Telemundo.com. To this end we developed a partnership with MSN Latinoamérica and the novela will be available on video on demand (VOD).”The launch campaign of Las Aparicio is being featured on the Telemundo portal with the support of social networks like Twitter and Facebook. This experiment has already been done in Mexico and Garay is convinced it will be successful. Telemundo has not ruled out that in the future, depending on the results of this digital initiative, it will execute similar strategies with other productions.
