Telemundo delivered a historical “first” as the most-watched Spanish-language broadcast network in Monday-Sunday 7-11pm primetime among total viewers for two consecutive months.
According to Nielsen, Telemundo closed out the month of April averaging 1.2 million total viewers and 344,000 adults 18-49, outperforming Univision by +21% and +22% respectively.

La Casa de los Famosos continued to rank as the #1 Spanish-language primetime show during the month, averaging 387,000 Adults 18-49 and 1.4 million Total Viewers during its weekday timeslot and 374,000 Adults 18-49 and 1.3 million Total Viewers for the Sunday edition.
La Casa de los Famosos has delivered an unprecedented 2.2 billion total engagements since its premiere in January across television, digital, and social platforms. Social sentiment for the show has set a record this season, peaking at over 1.7 million mentions during the week of April 9, 2024. Meanwhile, across Telemundo’s digital platforms and Peacock, this season’s full episode hours and the 24/7 livestream have increased by +44% and +57%, respectively, compared to season three.
El Señor de los Cielos also ranked #1 during its 10pm timeslot on Spanish-language television for April, averaging 356,000 Adults 18-49. The show is also garnering an additional +22% increase due to digital viewing among Adults 18-49, registering the highest digital lift for a scripted series in Telemundo history.
Telemundo maintains its rank in sports as the #1 Spanish-language network for the Liga MX Clausura season with 775,000 Total Viewers and 337,000 Adults 18-49 through April.
