Eduardo Meza, executive producer of Televisa´s Doña Flor y Sus Dos Maridos, assured that the company is on the path of innovation and this proposal is an example, because it brings to the present time a successful Latin American story with realistic dialogues and characters, a cinematic view and 62, one-hour episodes.
“We have characters born from real life, very flesh and bones, and that is what allows us to talk about different storytelling at Televisa. We have a very current writing and very fresh dialogs. It is a love story where we find a modern-day woman who seeks to reach her dream and comes across love. It speaks of human beings and their profound richness,” he stated.
Juan Andrés Granados leads the team of writers that also includes Fercho Nolla, María Elena López and Maykel R. Ponjuán. Alfredo Ballesteros, Benjamín Cann, and Rodrigo Zaunbos are the scene directors, and María Alba Espinosa and Carolina Gallastegui the producers, associate and adjunct, respectively. The literary edition is under the responsibility of Pilar Pedroza Moncada.
