Virginia Mouseler, CEO of The Wit (World Information Tracking), presented 19 of the recently launched, most successful fiction series that have had greater sales, on their conference The Wit Fresh TV Fiction on the second day of Mipcom, in which La Desalmada (82×60’) from Mexico, an adaptation by Televisa of the original one from RCN, La Dama de Troya, produced by José Alberto Castro, was the only title from Latin America to be highlighted. “The Wit reports on sales and launches” she explained.
Mouseler also presented several Turkish titles such as Love, Reason, Get Even (70×60’) from Madd Entertainment, Turkish adaptation of the Korean series Cunning Single Lady from MBC; Barbarosa (120×45’) distributed by Mistco; and The Usual Suspects (10×50’), distributed by Exxen.
Other series mentioned were the thriller Angela Black (6×60’) by All3Media International from the United Kingdom, which will have its debut this month; Furia (6×50’), launched in several territories, and is distributed by Keshet International; and Vigil (6×60’), from the UK, distributed by ITV Studios.
