The multiplatform digital network Ora TV launches NewsBreaker en Español
Ora TV, the multiplatform digital network announced its newest show NewsBreaker en Español that brings segments of breaking news, shocking true stories, trending social media topics and all the water cooler buzz to a Spanish language audience. The show will feature a number of contributing hosts, including Emmy-winning journalist Naibe Reynoso.The new show follows the success of the English language version of NewsBreaker, which has been viewed millions of times since its launch earlier this year on Ora TV. Ora TVs first foray into the Spanish speaking media market is a part of its increasing roster of shows including: Larry King Now, Politicking with Larry King, Jesse Ventura Off The Grid, Daily ReHash, DweebCast, Real Girls Kitchen with Haylie Duff, and Wayward Nation. It is a natural progression for Ora TV to launch a Spanish version of the already established NewsBreaker brand, commented Ora TV CEO Jon Housman. NewsBreaker en Español can also be found on Twitter, Facebook and YouTube. In its first posted segments, the new show covered topics ranging from a new report on airport security and a new report on the effectiveness of the morning-after pill, to an update on Toronto Mayor Rob Ford and the new world record for Christmas lights. Ora TV is a television production studio and on-demand digital network, creating high-production level programming for both traditional and digital distribution via a variety of platforms. Ora launched in July 2012 with the show Larry King Now, available on Hulu and on Ora.tv. Ora is funded by América Móvil, the leading Latin American wireless service provider, with a majority interest held by noted global business leader Carlos Slim Helú.
