The series María Magdalena (60×60′), a co-production between Dopamine and Sony Pictures Television, was launched on Wednesday, December 5 on the channel ZAP Novelas in Angola and Mozambique at 8pm. It will be aired from Monday to Friday.
The production is distributed internationally by TV Azteca, and the Sales Representative for Spain , Africa, Asia and French-language territories, Berta Orozco, expressed “it is an honor that ZAP Novelas chose María Magdalena as one of the main productions for its channel, we are sure that the story and quality of the series will be a delight for viewers and that they will fall in love with this story.”
For his part, Patricia Jasin, VP of TV Azteca Internacional, said “we are very proud to close the first agreement with Angola and Mozambique for the sales of the series María Magdalena, a very high-quality super production. It is a historical, biblical, but very current series. It speaks of an empowered woman with very modern issues”.
