Twitter celebrated its first event TwitterFronts for Latin America and presented a list of new premium content agreements in the region on sports, news, entertainment and of creators.
With Twitter´s Content Aliiances VP, Kay Madati (@kaymadati ) as host, as well as with other regional executives, Twitter announced 11 content agreements with more than 30 premium video collaborations for the audiences in Latin America. These premium video proposals offer advertisers content that will allow them to connect with audiences of great value during important events and of great cultural appeal for the audience.
“When something happens in the world, it happens first in Twitter. And in the center of the global conversation there is very appealing content, which we have developed in collaboration with some of the best players in the region,” said Madati.
“We are thrilled to be able to bring these new content alliances to the audiences in Latin America. Our ability to link premium video with the most important live moments and conversations in the region, will allow brands to be part of the cultural zeitgeist in real time,” said Pepe López Ayala, General Director for the Spanish-Speaking Markets in Latin America at Twitter.
Another relevant session was the one chaired by Marco Botero, Director of Twitter Miami and Hispanic Market in the US, with content partners and clients, where they covered the relationship between TV and Twitter´s content collaborations, as well as the relevance of premium video on Twitter for brands.
