In La Esquina del Diablo, Mexican actress Ana Serradilla plays Ana García, a young policewoman who wants to join a prestigious special forces unit and follow her father’s footsteps, a police officer killed in the line of duty, but her explosive personality has been an obstacle to pursuing her goal. Eventually, Ana goes on an undercover mission to capture a dangerous drug cartel leader Angel Velasco (Christian Tappan) in “the devil’s corner,” one of the most crime-ridden neighborhoods of the city where no police or army have succeeded before.
