Univision Digital is bringing its multicultural and millennial audience a new breed of political satire in the form of a comedic animated web series created specifically for the 2016 presidential election season and designed for easy viewing on mobile devices and sharing via social platforms. Titled {Heads of Space;www.produ.com/television/videos/index.html?Noti=10576} (12×6) the short-form series in English with Spanish subtitles premieres the first of its 12 episodes today at HeadsOfSpace.com.Heads of Space follows the hilarious intergalactic adventures of presidential candidates Donald Trump, Bernie Sanders, Hillary Clinton, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, and Jeb Bush, all of whom are sent to Mars by President Obama on a crucial mission to ensure the survival of the human race before a gargantuan asteroid destroys Earth.The story chronicles the mishaps of this unlikely crew as they share a small spaceship headed for the red planet, and the sidesplitting conflicts created by the candidates diverse personalities and unique quirks, which must often be mediated by the pilot, a robot named ROTUS. The episodes will follow the timeline of the 2016 presidential elections and comment on real political events taking place through Election Day, November 8.
