Univision first TV partner of SocialGuide´s new Spanish-language social TV tracking platform

SocialGuide announced today the launch of its Spanish-language Social TV tracking via the newly unveiled SocialGuide Intelligence (SGI) platform with Univision as the first partner. SGI analyzes the social activity for networks, programs and individual episodes to identify social trends and discover new opportunities for clients to engage with the social audience for linear TV. Viewer engagement data continues to be an increasingly key component of all areas of business including social media strategy. Univision will leverage the platform to track and monitor activity for all of its programming including Nuestra Belleza Latina (Our Latin Beauty), Sábado Gigante (Giant Saturday), ¡Despierta América! (Wake Up América), El Gordo y La Flaca (The Scoop and The Skinny), Aquí y Ahora (Here and Now), Primer Impacto (First Impact), evening newscast Noticiero Univisión, Al Punto (To the Point), among many others, including Univision’s primetime novelas. “With the growing Hispanic television audience in the U.S., it is critical to include Spanish-language programming in our SocialGuide Intelligence platform,” said Sean Casey, founder of SocialGuide.
