Valentina Párraga, writer of Telemundo’s La Patrona: I’ve found in the classics, the great passions and the pure characters the audience demands

Valentina Párraga, writer of Telemundo’s La Patrona, already started her new telenovela, Los Miserables, also starring Aracely Arámbula. In an interview with PRODU at her Miami Beach home, she spoke about the deep feelings and pure characters she draws from classic literature and how she incorporates them into her stories.She was recently part of the writing team of La Reina Del Sur and before that she worked on Doña Bárbara. Párraga has been with Telemundo for 10 years and her first project was Anita No Te Rajes. She also spoke about the evolution of Telemundo Studios, which began its experiment around the same time she arrived to the U.S. from Venezuela.
